Terrible experience. Fixed a patio door, charged $500, and 3 months later the door doesn't work again. Refuse to come and fix under warranty.

Horrible experience, **** ******* ** * ******** ****** They charge for work that is not completed and give you the run around. THIS ******* ** * ******** ***** They do not apply for construction or city permits and use that as an excuse not to complete the Job.

***** *****I was told there was a $50 service charge which would be waved if I agreed to have my door serviced. The technician did a minor repair which I agreed to. This took approximately 1 to 1 /2 hrs. There we’re no extra parts needed and I was presented with a bill of over $600.An invoice was to be emailed to me but of course I never received it.***** **** *** ***** *******

I have a daycare ** ** ****, my door wasn’t locking so I found them on ******, * *** **** *** *** **** ****** I should’ve investigated deeper ** *** *** *** **** ******** *** ******* ** **** * ******** ******* ****. They sent a technician, who I should have known wouldn’t be able to fix it simply by an interaction with him where I was calculated his fee for the job. He botched my door, left it more broken than before and never returned. I called day after day and week after week requesting someone come and fix this mistake as I already paid for his service & 50% of the part that I needed to order according to him, only to find out the part is no longer available but yet comes on a Friday puts in a part and still charges me the difference (sadly I wasn’t there to handle it * *** ** ** ********* so my team paid him) so I’m not even sure what I paid for because they won’t even give me a detailed receipt. I’m left confused as to why I paid for a part I did not need after you told my team the part isn’t available for purchase as it’s discontinued only for the tech to state “you need a new strike system” when I know that’s false, my strike system was replaced less than 2 years ago & is on warranty. For almost a month I’m going back and forth as to when they’re sending someone capable of fixing my door, each time I call them they reassure someone is coming and will call me and I’m left looking like an idiot because no one calls me, nor do they show up to fix my door. I have a daycare **** ** ***** which I relied on you to help me keep **** safe by fixing my door. In the end they did not fix it, won’t return my calls & don’t refund me a dime. I paid approx $1300 to date and my door is still broken. I’m still waiting on a technician to show but I highly doubt they will.

Extremely poor. *** **** * **** ********** **** ****. Asked them to come over and provide a quote to fix our freezer. Typical practice is to charge a fee of $100 - $150 which gets deducted from the final invoice if you proceed. They dismantled our freezer, left it in parts in the middle of the kitchen floor, charged ** ** **** *** ******** ** *** credit card $500 and left an invoice for another $1,350 to fix it, and left! I just wanted a quote! The cost for parts was 4 -5 times the amount the manufacture charges at their supply store open to the public in Toronto. I have talked to them 7 times and no one takes any action. Try finding their location in Toronto or the owner.

This locksmith came to install an electronic lock. **** **** ************ The end result was a damaged door with a lock that was unusable. When the individual installing was unable to remedy, I spoke with a manager who said he’d look into the issue, but then was unreachable afterwards despite me following up. I had to hire a second locksmith to repair the botched job Allfix did. ******** ********* ****** ** **** ***** ******** **********

We were having difficulty with the lock on our front door——couldn’t open from either inside nor outside. Google searched for local locksmith and—Allfix showed up. I phoned and explained the situation and someone was dispatched immediately so within the hour we had a locksmith.Good service. The service call was quoted as $20. Which would be refunded if the job was done—no problem. Locksmith nice and seemed respectful ** ** *** ** ** *******. The entire door lock had to be replaced so he left to get one. I was told when booking that he would come prepared for this eventuality—-he bought one at home dept at the cost of $98.(researched after the fact)Certainly not up to the standard of the ******* product he took out. It took him 3 hrs to do the job. We were charged $925. Incl. tax!!! This seems like a huge amount. He didnt give us a quote and we ( *******) didnt ask for one since the service call price seemed so reasonable. I phoned the company the next day to complain but got nowhere. When someone called me back my phone readout said it was a **** call. ******* **** ***** ** * *** I was asked what I considered a fair price and I said “ no more than $500”’ havent heard anything back in the way of an adjustment* **** ******* ******* * **** ** * **** ** *** ****** *********** *** *** **** *** *** ********* We are still waiting for an itemized receipt>

Was a total disappointment, technician was totally ************ruined $200 lock set, and thought replacing it with a cheap $20 lock would fix it!! No one from company returned calls to discuss,,total disrespect for someone’s home leaving doors open, walking in street shoes over clean hardwood, tried making like they knew what they were doing, but called multibillion times for someone to help how to do job. Besides showing up 5 hours late and not having proper equipment, so un professional but ad online told how good they were. *** *** **** *** ***** ************ ***** ****** **** ****** but after they started have to hope they could actually do something after ruining lockeset, but couldn’t and then charged $100 ,
