    placed on February 11, 2025 7:57:47 PM EST) I ordered a trailer hitch from their website, the order went through and it was for 214.97 before tax. A day later they changed the price to 359 before tax and canceled my order and told me that they have none in stock and don't know when they will get it back in, but they do have it in stock they just changed the price of it as I have looked under the sku number. They need to honor their price I bought it for ********* ** ******** ********** *****

    I signed on, they sent me to a repair shop of there choice. Car was diagnosed and repair was agreed. I signed invoice for labour and parts told 2 hour job. 2 weeks later shop informed me they were getting more parts to install for more issues car had. I request to know what the issue is and what extra parts they are getting. Shop tells me no they won't tell me other issues and it's a story for me to here when there done and I pick up car. I tell them no I have no info from them on extra issues or parts for car I have not been told, asked, or allowed to decide. I say stop working on my car don't install any extra parts and I'm coming down as soon as I can to find out what's going on. They go dark and don't answer. Auto finance company says there just fixing your car don't worry I ask them to tell shop to stop no body listens. Then time later just when shop is closing soon I'm told my car fixed and in parking lot I have to come and they won't give me keys until I sign extra invoice for extra work I never approved. I get there with my extra keys get in my car and drive away. Auto finance calls me a few minutes later tells me there emailing the invoices for me to sign if I don't my car will be repo *** ****** **** **** **** ********* *** * **** *********** I sign invoice with DocuSign now owner of repair shop won't return my car keys or the parts they took out of my car unless I come to his shop alone and face him. * ***** *** * *** ****** ** * ****** ********* **** *** **** ******* ** ***** **** *** *** ******* *** * ****** ** *** ** *** ** ***** *********** *** ******** ** **. The shop has told me to stop asking for my keys and auto finance company is not responding to my messages anymore. And they will be taking money out of my account or my car *** ****** *** **** **** **** **** **** * *** ** ** **** **** ** *** ****** ** I have all emails and texts correspondence from both the finance company and the repair shop they sent me to so I can prove my case.

    Online purchase Jan 19th of this year, and have not received product and not able to communicate with company.
