    In May, 2022 my cousin recommended this shop. I had my rear rotors, pads and calipers replaced in June, 2022. All transactions were cash, yet it was + taxes. I have NEVER rec'd an invoice. In Jan. 2023, my car stalled. I called Rolan; he sent his “apprentice” son who connected the cables wrong; sparks flew. Rolan had my car towed to his garage 1km. He said it was the starter - $180, $250 labour +$120 for the tow ($550). The next day - it's the engine- $3,000-$4,000 + labour. I called the dealership where I bought the vehicle and they suggested a diagnostic - it could be a fuse or alternator. I told Rolan. He yelled at me “What, you don’t trust me? Why are you taking it there?” He was belligerent and insulting - “they are going to make you buy a new vehicle. I have customers who went there, and they did that to them.” Then he says, “When they fix it, bring it back, I’ll buy it from you!” I arranged a tow. Rolan said he would leave the key in his mailbox. Instead he refused to give me my keys until I paid $600! He phoned his son to ensure the funds were rec'd. E-transfers takes minutes, not seconds! My dad asked for my keys and reached for them; he said “Don’t touch me. No customer has ever touched me. I don’t want you as a customer.” I said “Now you have two less customers.” He made me speak to his son re the transfer; his son said he knows it takes time. Rolan gave me my keys. My Dad opened the engine- the engine cover and the serpentine belt were missing. He asked Rolan about them who threw them on the engine.
