      I went to Tonyc August 13th 2022, and I had Jaiwanti K. work on my hair. This was the 3rd time I went to see her. I asked for platinum blood root touch up, she chemically burned my hair. While she was washing my hair she was taking a long time washing my hair, and saying stuff to me that made me concerned that something went wrong, and I asked her while she was till washing me hair if there was breakage. Her answer to me was no, there was no breakage. I trusted her and left it at that. When she took me to her seat to dry and style my hair, she struggled and I was trying to process the information. I didn't leave the salon happy, but very confused. When I got home I started playing with my hair and my hair kept snapping off. My hair is at least 5 inches shorter then when I went in to get my hair done by Jai. I called the salon and I spoke with Trish, she was attentive to my concerns and passed the information on to the manager Rhian (she manages Tonyc and Latitudes), I spoke with Rhian on Monday Aug 15th, and she could only get me in on Thursday Aug 18th, when I went in I was greeted by Rhain and Robyn helped my hair look better but I was still not happy, and I made it known to Rhian that my hair looked better but I was not satisfied. I was booked to go in to see Robyn for Saturday Aug 27th 2022, and Robyn was going to put extensions in my hair that she suggested that I buy, she said she would install then for free. I have receipts that show timestamps from when I was at the salon. At one point Robyn said she would see if Rhian would give me treatment for my hair, and when Robyn came back she said I will need to buy more product from *******, (I had already bought $131.00 in products from ******* waiting to get in to see a stylist on Aug 18th 2022) I didn't want to cause a seen at the mall so I contacted Rhian the next morning to tell her that I wanted a refund for the products that I had to purchase to fix my hair while waiting to see one of her stylists, Rhian
