    Defects, Poor Workmanship

    Their work was rushed, careless, and full of defects, leaving us with severe issues that they outright refused to fix:
    • Major Water Leak in Bathroom: The shower glass leaks heavily due to poor tile installation, causing water to flood the bathroom floor every single day.
    • Vanity Dripping Water: *** ** ***** ****** ************ the bathroom vanity leaks water onto the floor, leading to further damage.
    • Cracks Everywhere: The walls and ceilings are full of cracks* * ***** **** ** *********** ********* *** ****** ***** • Peeling Paint: The bathroom paint started peeling soon after completion* ******* **** ** **** ********* *** **** ** ***********
    • Damage to Our Home: Without our permission, they used our newly finished living room as a storage space for tools and machinery without placing a proper protective covering. As a result:
    • Our brand-new, expensive tile was damaged.
    • When confronted, they denied responsibility despite the fact that the room was brand new and unused.
    • They refused to replace the damaged tile.
    • Damaged Staircase: They caused significant damage to our newly finished staircase due to their failure to use proper protective measures. We had to hire a third party to repair ***** *********** 
    ********* Billing Practices * ********* • They denied work that was clearly in their original scope and charged us again for it, falsely claiming it wasn’t included.
    • We canceled a heavy-duty mechanism worth $570, but they refused to deduct it from the final invoice.
    • They refused to send us an official invoice for the work* * ***** ********* ** ************ *** ***** ********** **** *********** ************ *** ******* ******* *** ********* ****** *************** They did not honor the one year warranty. Never responded to any call, text or email. We want them to repair everything or pay us to hire a third party. Also, we need our invoice.
