      I keep receiving automated calls and voicemails from this company claiming to have some debt "with your ****** account". I've never been with *******, and don't know anyone who is. Not sure how they got my phone number. They do not even state who the call is directed to. Every time they call, there is a voicemail stating that I need to contact them regarding a debt. If I answer the call, an automated message plays, and there is no opportunity to speak with a human. I have tried to call back to request that my number be removed but calls are not answered. I do NOT have any debts, have never had any. It would be great of they said who it was about as well, but nothing. My number needs to be removed from the call list and never be used again by this company. Blocking the number doesnt work, because they just call using a using a different number. This has been going on for a year and it is **********. It needs to stop

                    Upon investigation, Affglo was attempting to reach one of its consumers, and was unaware that the phone number it had was for a different person. Affglo first became aware of the wrong number upon receipt of Ms. ******* BBB complaint. Affglo has removed the subject phone number from its system, and will not make phone calls to that number moving forward.  Affglo apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused.

      I’m being ******** by calls from this business. I can’t block them since their messages go straight to my voice mail. I DO NOT owe anyone money (especially not ******—a company this agency apparently collects for!) nor have I ever lived in the city of Toronto! The first few calls were specifically looking for a man—but I am female! They leave automated messages and I am not surrendering my personal information to them ***** **** *** ******* ******* *** ***

      We have Affinity Global’s response and apology—in writing—that they have ‘removed my phone number from their system.’ I therefore look forward to never receiving any calls from this company again.

However, our family has never used ****** for any services at all, ** **** *** **** **** ** * ****. **** ****** ********* **** ******** ***** ** **** **** *** ********* ** ***** * ****** ** ****** ** ** *** ****** **** ** ************* *** ********* * **** ** ** ** ** ***** ****** * **** ****** **** ***** ** ****** *** ******** *** ******* **** ****** * ** ** ****** ** **** **** ** ********* ****** ****** ** *** *** filed complaint via Better Business Bureau Website; (2) informed my lawyer immediately so that I can register this complaint case on record, **** ** ***** ** ****** ** ** ******** ***** *** *** ********* ** *** ******* ******** ********** *** *******  **** ************ ******* *********** ******* **** ******* ******* ****** ****** **** ***** **** Thank you for your attention to this matter!

      Affinity Global keeps calling me telling me that i have a debt with **** even if I checked with **** and they confirmed that i don't owe them any money Beside I don't have a contract with **** and I never used their services.
