    ****** Canada Order **********. Purchased on December 23rd 2022. This is for a graphics card/gpu with a purchase price of $1,270.73 after tax and shipping. I placed an order with them on the 23rd of December and I attempted to cancel my order on the 28th because I found out the ******** were coming out and I'd rather get one of those. Up until this point I had not been giving shipping info ** * ******* ** *** **** ******* **** ****** *** ***** *** **** ** ***** **, an hour after that email was sent to cancel I got an email from them saying sorry we can't cancel the order because we created the shipping label and tracking info. **** ********** **** *** *** **** **** *** ***** *** *** *** ** *** ******** ****** * *** **** * ***** ****** With no further correspondence. I sent them more inquiry messages about when the item is going to be shipped as its been "waiting for carrier pickup" since the 28th of December up until and including now January 5th and I get back a generic email saying I have this tracking number for your order but I'll look into it further and get back to you... again when they get back to me it's a blank email with nothing in the body and I called them on it saying I literally can't see any text in this email and sent a screen grab of it to show them. To which I received another blank email. Now after getting you guys involved with submitting an items not shipped ticket they got back to me saying the order was canceled all along and I will get my money back in 1-2 days, ** ******** *** ** ****. An hour or so later I got an email stating the generic response again of I have this this tracking number for your order I'll look into it further and get back to you. ** **** ** *** ** ** ******** ** *** **** ******** **** ** *******************. As of writing this email I have not gotten back a response to the "were looking into it" email *** *** ** ******* ** *** **** ***** ** ** * ***** *****.

    On Nov 1, 2022 we purchased a computer part from this company. It was purchased through ****** and delivered. We discovered it was the wrong size for the computer we were building. We returned it. We paid $1835.66. We were refunded $1560.31. I asked why we were shorted on the refund. They said it was a restocking fee. I said it does not say that on the listing and not in the ****** return policy. And I pointed out it was still brand new in the box PLUS I had to pay for my own shipping to send it back. They stood by their decision. I contacted ******. They told them to refund me.
