    ****************************************************** He did not complete my basement renovation and escaped after collecting money. He prepared my contract such a way that i pay maximum amount of money. He waited for right opportunity to escape after collecting my maximum amount funds. Then he is never attending my calls/ messages/calls. Front desk team always telling that they are passing message.. but he never return my call.
    As per contract my basement should have been completed in Mid May but not even completed 70% of work. He collected 90% of money from you. I got a quote from other developer to complete rest of the work . As per the person, I need to spend additional 40% to complete it.
