    We contracted Selected Construction to do 2 washroom renovations in our house, we entered into the contract on May 2022, the company says they give a 2 year warranty and 365 day support. It has been months that we are having a leak in our ensuite shower leaking into our living room. We have tried to contact Selected Construction various times through voicemails and text messages, they do not reply back.

    We had to contact another contractor to come and address the leak and find the source, the leak is from the shower in the ensuite. The drain membrane was broken, and water has gotten under the tiles and under the concrete floor in the shower floor.

    On Friday October 20 I finally got a hold of ***** ** ************ and he said he would speak to ******* ** in regards to this and get back to me. We have been speaking through text and now he has ghosted me does not reply to me or let me know what’s going tot be done.
    The leak needs to be addressed and fixed. We had a various issues throughout the whole renovation* **** ***** **** *** ********* *** ******** *** ********* *** ***** **** ***** ** ********* **** *** ********* ** ***** * **** ******** **********
