    I purchased a brand new PSU, and as I usually do, I put my full address because I need it to arrive at my doorstep.
    Now, each time I'm being asked to fill the address, I'm using regular ****** ****** auto fill.
    Something happened (I really don't know how) but the apt. number disappeared from the shipping address field.
    That led to ****** **** inability to ship the parcel to my doorstep and returned it to the sender.
    As many people stated, across the internet, they have a terrible customer service and general approach towards clients.
    ********* return policy that makes you pay for shipping, even if you did not open the box, or didn't get it (as it was in my case).
    It seems like they are not pro client, even in a scenario when a client makes a mistake and regrets his order or misses an apartment number, but still needs the part, they will charge him for the full amount of shipping for both directions!
    A very excessive price, without showing the shipping costs back.
    It feels like they don't appreciate a returning customer, at least not as much as other retailers.
    I hope they'll change attitude asap.
    For me it's "never again".
