      Their customer service and communication are really terrible as everyone else mentioned. If I knew this, I would have never bought anything from Toyota Canada and it's dealerships. I leased a RAV4 in 2020. I paid them a lot with a down payment at the beginning of the lease. I changed my job, and moved a new city closer to end of my lease term. My vehicle's catalytic convertor was stolen, and I had to invest in the car so much for protection, deductible etc. I was late on some payments. Then, I made extra payments, and I was catching up with payments. They took the car without given any notice with my personal properties, new winter tires, catalytic convertor shield in the car. They did not allow me to take my personal belongings from the car, *********** me that they will sell the car with my personal belongings in the vehicle.       Great cars but I was shocked at customer service at theirheadquarters in Ontario. I received a cheque for my totalled car from my insurer.t won t even bend a little after I have paid on time for every Toyota I have owned (5 cars) , my loaner is due back tonight. I have the full amount remaining on the loan and ready to give it to them cash They won t even do a thing. I need a car for work and will now lose my salary of 7 days because of them. They get paid so why shouldnèt they take the money.
      Unacceptable to the point that I will not get a toyota after all. Customer service is everything and their reviews so far don t look so great.
      If they even offered a fraction of the service I get through my dealer, that would be wonderful. ***** * ****** **** ****** ** **** ****** **** *** ******* ** *** ***
