It was an ordinary morning on January 4th, shortly after the garbage pickup, we found that the lid, previously securely locked onto the can, had vanished while the can was still standing. We drove around to find it but yielded no results. The claim department insisted the lid was blown several hundred feet away to disappearance. However, in our three decades of residing here, we've never witnessed the lid budging more than 50 feet even during wind storms. ***** ******* ** ***** ************** **** **** * ****** ****** ** **** *********** *** *************

A contractor ***** ** *** **** ** ******* Miller Waste Systems, did some minor damage to my condo property at the above address on Wednesday March 30th 2022. Their recycle truck hit a large landscape rock and move it out of position. Their area supervisor came to the site and suggested we submit a claim to Miller, which have done. Miller has refused our claim to cover costs to move the rock back into place. We have made our case a second time and they again refused. They claim no act of negligence and accept no responsibility but have never denied actually hitting the rock. I have called and left a message with no response. I believe they are now going to ignore us and expect us to go away. Not so. I am the president of the board of directors *** **** *** *** ***** ** ****** ** *** ** ******* We would seek full relief from Miller for the cost to move the rock and repair our grounds. Quotes sent to Miller with our claim in April were in the $800-1000 range. They might possibly be higher now. I am going to approach Miller once again by email and show them that we are willing to escalate this issue if necessary. If the BBB can offer any advice in this regard we would be greatly appreciative. Thank you in advance. **** ******* *******
