    They have been a great print partner for us. They have a great support area and also have videos for tough file setups. They have very competitive pricing and their support team has been a lot better than other competitors we've used. They also have sales which also helps to offer better pricing to our customers which they enjoy as well! I do want to give a shout out to ******. I had a really finicky client and a tough foil card set up. She was very patient through the entire process. Thank-you again.

    Hi there, I've been loyal customer for over 10 years but this time i was surprised. i ordered 2 sets of silver foil cards worth around 700$ for 2500 pc each set. send the file in, everything looked correct, when received final look approval everything seemed fine and i approved it. No warning of any kind. when cards came all of them had white uneven lines top and bottom. Main logo in the middle was all filled looking like hell. when i filed a claim i was told i had to read some instructions about bleed etc.. What about logo than??? so no help. whoever doing setup was supposed to let us know its impossible to make i think. any case no help from Sina. very disappointed. 700$ to garbage. ****** ** ******** ** *** ***** *** **** ********** very bad quality control they have. *** ****** ******** ** ********** **** ***** ******* ***** *** **** **** **** *** **** **** ****** ******* *** *** * **** ****** ******** **** *** *** *** *** ** ****** ** ****** **** **** *** *** ******** ******** All over they good company just big luck of quality control before printing and their final preview didn't show this problem so i approved it and that's what i got and lost 700$. don't feel its my fault but what can i do. ** ***** ***** ****** *** **** ** **** ** **** ****** ** ******** ***** *****

To reprint this job quick i had to pay about 1000 elsewhere but hopefully this will improve your quality control and i hope you get good machine for this type of jobs. i don't mind to pay more for quality.     Super Happy with SinaLite's Customer Service and quick response time. Needed to cancel an order due to a last minute change my client had and Chrizzy was awesome! Got the order canceled and followed up with me once it was done. Definitely recommend SinaLite for all your print needs.

    We've been working with Sinalite for sometime now. They are good partners for print brokers. Overall good quality execution. Sure, we have had some issues with some products as we order often from them, but anytime there has been an issue, the resolutions offered by Sinalite have been satisfactory for us. Good experience and happy to be their partner.

    I've used Sina Printing Inc for many years for a wide variety of print and promotional products to supply to my clients. Their website is super user friendly and you can upload your work at any time of day or night and know it will be taken care of within the estimated delivery times. You can choose from a variety of courier's - depending on the speed you need and to fit within your budget. No surprises. On the very rare occasion that something does not meet rigid standards, they are quick to reply and rectify the situation. I have never been dissatisfied or disappointed.
