    Danny N came to our house at 0700 in the morning (our request, but he said he was happy to). Our furnace had probably been broken for at least 3 days, luckily in the warm stretch at the beginning of February, but he was able to commit to replacing it the next day if we chose to proceed with his estimate. He came in, assessed the old furnace talked plainly and professionally about options, answered all questions, and then recommended a furnace that fit our needs. He did not hard-sell, nor did we feel like he was trying to upsell us. The estimate was ************* lower than an estimate we had gotten from a competitor ****** ** **************** ********** *** ***** ** **** ** ** * ****** ****** **** ***** *** ******** *** ******** ** **** ** ** *** ****** *** *****  Danny walked through the +/- of the argument, but left no room for **** The installers showed up at the promised time next day. We were told they would likely have to open the basement ceiling to replace some pipes that were no longer allowed, but by the time they had finished, they did extra work to avoid damaging/opening the ceiling AND did not increase or change the estimate Danny had given us the day before. On top of that, Danny made sure to apply for a rebate that the furnace company makes for replacing their own furnaces, so we're getting $700 back on a 19.5yr old furnace. *** ***** ******* ******* * **** ******* **** ********************

    HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! ***** **** *** ******** ********* *** * **** ******* ** **** *** ********* ************ ** **** ******** 
    I had a supposed “plumber” come in for 20 minutes. He had me search for the faucet set I purchased that I informed him I had no idea of its whereabouts but insisted he needed it. I’ve never had a plumber before so I was embarrassingly naive to the process. I found it odd that he kept asking me to look for it and when I was in the garage I could hear him walking around my house. He was here to fix my bathtub so what was he doing wandering around in my house???He told me he was getting tools but it wasn’t until after he left that I realized he didn’t leave with anything.
    After my 10 minute search for the faucet set, he informed me that he charged $149.99 per hour on top of the $79.99 charge yet he did nothing but text me the parts I needed to get. He claimed to be here for a half an hour and stalled for the next 10 minutes while he sent me pictures via text and claimed the parts were free. I was in a rush to pick up my son, as he showed up much earlier than scheduled, so I regrettably paid him in order to get him out.
    I contacted the company twice just to get the run around and no return call.
