    2021 eco star home services installed AC.
    the installer installed the *** upside down . June 2 2023 I had no AC I called a technician from ****** ***** who diagnosed the issue and said the the *** is upside down and need replacement. I got 2nd opinion also from ****** ***** on June 4th to Confirm the issue and they confirmed it is Indeed was installed incorrectly. due to this negligence the refreirent needs to be taken out and replaced and new *** needs to be installed . I called eco star spoke to the owner Watson and he refused to fix the issue he said I should have reached to him in 2021.
    how could I have known it was installed the wrong way if I am not an installer . I have 0 knowledge of this
    I am having ****** ***** do the work as it is hot in the house and Evo star refused to take responsibility for their poor work.
    it will cost me $850 plus tax all I want is a compensation for the work that will be done

    The AC unit was installed in June 2021 with previous homeowner, since installation Eco Star never got a service call or complaint about the AC not working until Ms. * contacted me on June 9, 2023, after she had some other contractor performed services and repair on the unit. The diagnosis described by the other contractor doesn't sound right to me. I can dispatch a service technician to inspect the unit and get a better idea about the issue before jumping into a conclusion. The inspection fee is $105+hst. Ms. * is welcomed to call us or email us directly to book an inspection schedule, or if she prefers, we can also email the inspection schedule for her to confirm. Thank you.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I had ****** ***** inspect the unit  by 2 technicians and advised that the original installer  has made a mistake with installation  I do not wish to have him come . I have spent money out of my pocket fixing the unit and I want a compensation  for the damages caused. 

    as you are aware unit that is brand new will not show signs of damage or malfunction it will take time. 2 seasons after I get an issue and confirmed by 2 professional  technicians from.a big well known company that the issue causes because the ** valve installed upside down 

    so i want a compensation  for the cost i had to pay
