    I hired this company from a door knock. They said they were bonded and have been in business for many years focused on internlocking and masonary jobs. I paid in cash and only have a receipt for the the initial job of cleaning interlock, applying polemeric sand and sealing all the interlocking. They said they have a 2 year warranty. This work was done in July. They guaranteed no weeds. The job was not done properly. I am dealing with sand all over the stones and constantly in my pool. The workers ******* ****** *** **** all admitted they used the wrong product and it's washed all out of the interlocking creating havoc with my pool. Weeds are everywhere and the sand is washed away from the rain. I spoke with their head person ****** who acknowledged that this would have to be redone and he apologized. Since July they have not been back to redo my patio. They are not returning my calls and I have been trying since August steadily to get them back. Now they will not answer my calls. * ********** ** *** ******* ***** ** * ***** **** *** * ***** **** **** ** ************ ****** *** * ** ********* **** *** * ***** I paid $9500 cash and am totally dissatisfied with their work. I need help to get a refund on the cash payment.
