Unprofessional service. Let job unfinished. Highly volatile owner, whom collected all funds but left shelf not secured properly to wall, left holes in ceiling, space in floor boards, electrical wires unsecured, and ***** because photos were not granted until job was complete. ****** ********* *** ******* **** *****

After a complete and thorough investigation into the matter raised above, we were able to find details of the above complaint. This project was executed in the last quarter of 2021. The job was completed as per the contract and all service issues until the completion were addressed upon which the final payment was released. The funds were always collected post the completion of the project. All workmanship was inspected by customers prior to completion. All the work was done to a level that we were prepared for the result pictures which clearly indicate the contract was fulfilled. In the course of renovation there are always measures which are taken to implement and execute extensive turnarounds which was the case with this renovation as well. Some small holes in garage to fish the wiring is always required and cannot be covered since the panel is in the garage as well. The complete contract and supplies were fulfilled with integrity and absolute professionalism.

It is totally unfair to raise the matter post 2 years of completion on issues like a shelf being loose. Our team ensures and secures the shelf to the walls but the shelf by any means cannot be overloaded beyond their tolerance. The issues relating to floor gap /electrical wiring are nonexistent at the time of completion. Every work performed at this project meets or exceeds all industry standards. If any such issues did exist with cabinetry or shelf, we have never been contacted to open a service call.

Attention to details was placed every step of the way and the customer satisfaction was always kept in mind. The owner had never disagreed to any ask but when it did come to photographing our work the customer put up conditions to fulfill unreasonable asks in return for the permission to photograph. This was not acceptable after the amount of time and energy our team had put to plan and execute the project.

*** *********** ******** ***** *** ********** ********** ** ***** **** ** *************** *** *********. Their facts are simply untrue, and how they conducted business actually made us afraid to continue to follow-up on their incomplete work. We provided many courteous emails with specific items that needed fixing along with photos (both of which, I would be glad to supply to anyone who wants them), and paid prior to work completion (often under severe pressure) in good faith. ** *** **** ** **** **** * ******** ******** ** ** ** **** *** **********. I know home owners often have challenging relationships with contractors, but fear and bullying should never be a part of it. So if you want someone to take your money, and then hang up the phone on you when you ask for a shelf to be stabilized (again, after said emails with photos), or fill in big holes (i.e. 8" holes, not small as they are suggesting above) in the ceiling, or secure electrical drivers so they aren't just hanging in your cabinets (which was shocking to an electrician we had to hire post their work to fix), or fix a floor board gap which would be impossible for us to create ourselves... just just don't say I didn't warn you. And the "unreasonable asks in return for the permission to photograph" was simply to finish the job. Again, highly recommend not working with them.
