    I recently purchased an LCMS from Spectralab Scientific Inc., and I can't say enough about the fantastic experience I had. The team at Spectralab made the entire process easy and enjoyable. They were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the buying process. The LCMS I acquired was in impeccable condition and fully met my expectations.
    What makes my experience even more remarkable is that the lab had a strict deadline on a critical sample from a client, and Spectralab saved the day. Their exceptional service and the quality of the LCMS enabled us to meet our client's deadline, essentially saving our professional lives. This is the primary reason why I felt compelled to write this review.

    We have had a terrible experience with SpectraLab. They sold us a fluorescence detector for >$5,000(USD) which did not work from day 1. Then we had to hound their sales manager to reply to our complaint. They said the problem is that this product is a consumable and cannot be covered. It was broken from the beginning! The sad part is that they could have purchased the part to fix the detector for <$1,000 and had a happy customer. As it is, many will read this account and the one below and not buy from them - they cannot be trusted!
