    On March 20th, 2025 I mistakenly e-transferred 600 to the wrong recipient. Instead of selecting my friend, I selected the Lenders. The Lenders is an online loan service. The reason I had them in my contacts is that 6 months ago, I sent them a payment for a friend. As soon as I realized I made this mistake I reached out by phone, by email and text to ask them to return my money as I sent it in error. They told me that they applied it to my friends account as she still owed them money. I told them that I did not make a payment to my friends account and that I am not responsible for her account or debt and asked them over and over again to return the money. They refused and told me to chase my friend for the money. ** *** ** **** **** ****** ******* *********** ***** ** ****** ** ***** ********* ** *** ***** ** ********  As they are no longer responding to my phone calls or email I am reaching out to the BBB for support.
