    FIRST: Activated long distance calling with Kay at “telehop” on Mar.21.2024.
    Tried to make long distance calls few days and Repeatedly.
    When calling, it says we have $5.00 + tax remaining, and then we call the number wanted it says“All services are busy, Good Bye!
    SECOND: Called on Mar.28.2024 to mention what was already said.
    Again explained the same problem, RB said we should get a phone call from the technical department within 48 hours, no call?
    THIRD: April 1st. we tried again to make a long distance call. This time it says we have $10.00 + tax remaining?
    So we called the service department and we were put on hold (twice, for a long time) to speak to someone, then all we got is; Leave a message which we did, but nothing!? ** **** ******* ****** will they take money every months and no service?
