    ***** ***** * **** ** * ***** Hired Kingsway to move a bedroom suite, love seat, bookcase, a small portable humidifier and portable ac. Service was substandard. Didn't even attempt to deliver to the house or close to the driveway. Daughters husband hand meet the delivery truck in the side of the highway 5 kms away. When my daughter called to complain the moving consultant **** was extremely ****, had the audacity to laugh and snicker at her. I would have gotten more for my money from *****l. The money to move these items 350 km was outrageous. **** ******* ** * *****

    3 weeks late with delivery, charged me numerous additional fees. Lost my desk and then proceeded to tell me I never shipped it even though myself, my wife and my son were all there to witness being loaded in the truck. I will never use this company again *** **** ********* ****** *** ** *** *****

    ********* *******. Zero communication unless you contact them over and over and over. They do not stick to their guaranteed delivery schedule and don’t tell you anything about delays leaving you to wonder where your items are. They treat your belongings with zero care. Promises that items will be wrapped properly and cared for are ****. They lose entire boxes. Write on antique furniture and fabric with sharpies. Then they take over the already ridiculous amount of time to process your claim for the things they break and lose. And say that because you only got standard coverage all they can offer you is $30. Absolutely devastating experience. Frustrating and stressful beyond measure and then to have my things treated like garbage? ** *** *** ***** ** * ***** **** **** ***** * ******

    Very poor customer service. I paid moving deposit and unfortunately the sale fell through and other personal circumstances stopped the move altogether.
    No one in this would refund my deposit even though I made circumstances very clear. They chose to take the letter of the law over "Do what Right" for the customer.
    I would never ever recommend this company to anyone else.

    Had a move from Winnipeg to Vaughan area in March of 2023. Delivery was delivered in April. Good service. My family used them before and had good move. We moved with them and have a good price and service. I wouldnt mind using them again.

    We just moved from Calgary to Montreal with Kingsway Van Lines in March of 2023. Great service and it was very easy to deal with Kingsway. Started out by filling out an inventory form and received a price. We did have stairs at the pick up address, so the rep was very upfront with all the charges. They offered us a mattress cover at no charge. We had the pick up scheduled for Jan 21. Received a call around 2nd week of February to say that the shipment was at their warehouse. We asked for storage. Called a few days before, asked for a delivery date, they scheduled it and delivered on the morning of March 28, 2023. Very pleasant people to work with from start to finish. Staff is very customer service oriented and this was much appreciated. ********* ***** **** ***** **** **** ******** ******* ******  
    The price was fair and affordable and the fees were provided to us when we asked for the billing. We were charged extra for 1 month of storage, but that was expected. We had a very expensive BBQ that my husband was very worried about. He build it custom made from a builder in Calgary and were very worried about it. The crew packed it and I even took a picture. We were very happy with the service! Would not hesitate to contact them again.
