I ordered two fuel pump-related kits from this business. They came with very limited guidance. I was unable to find help on their website because general product support links lead to a blank page. So I called twice on March 30th to ask for instructions and was told twice they’d send some to my email address. A day later, I still had no instructions or guidance. So I called again on the 31st, when I was greeted by the rudest, most condescending representative I could imagine. He proceeded to tell me how they didn’t have time to field customers’ stupid questions and told me to go to the Racetronix forums for guidance. I couldn’t find a link to the forum on their web page so I emailed again, complaining about the rude representative and asking for help. The same person responded sharply to my email telling me they clearly explained where to find the forums (He did not). I responded asking him where and when he clearly explained that. He responded by telling me to call tech support instead of him. I asked him his name (because he didn’t sign his emails) and supervisor’s name. He provided neither. I followed the link given, and found that NONE of my questions were addressed there either. So here I sit with a pile of wires and widgets with no idea where they go and I CANNOT seem to get Racetronix to provide any support because this same person keeps intercepting my communications. This is NOT acceptable. I don’t want to return the parts because their representative is so unprofessional. I just want help and information and can’t believe I have to go through the BBB to try and get it. I want guidance for the products I bought from them and I want the owner to be aware of how their representatives are speaking to their customers.
