      Poor project management and lack of knowledge regarding the electrical code.
      The project took 8 months to complete, with hikes in price incorrectly justified ** ****** ** **** ************.
      During the project the communication was very poor, expecting me to have initiated actions such as energy assessment, with no follow up.
      Always defensive, and never accepting responsibility for his numerous faux pas.
      During the project the manager went on vacation while the system was allowed in operation even though was not vetted by the ESA inspector. Tye manager tried to bully the inspector to accept the project but he was not able. It took the company almost two months to address the shortcoming, and at the end he finalized by jacking the bill for his inability to anticipate this issue. The system tripped while we were at work in December and were left 48 hours without furnace, fridge, furnace and all plugs from the kitchen.
      The electrical contractor which initially impressed me, finalized by moving loads from the msin panel without labelling the new locations. Because he had to complete his incomplete task, a phone call was made for an appointment, and the manager billed us 500$ for missed appointment, with no lead time only a phone conversation where I said that I will be home around 6 pm. This was claimed to be a committment, what a joke, and charging 500$ for a contractor that doesn’t do his job as expected fr0m the first time.
      The staff dynamic, leaving the company while they were project managers on this project speaks volumes on how this business operates.

      I am very concerned about this company fulfilling their mandate to do warranty work.

      This customer signed up with us on the 29th April 2002 and we completed the physical installation of his system on the 13th Oct 2022 within the time frame we told him. Unfortunately, the area where this property is located had a new inspector at that time was not familiar with energy storage systems hence couldn’t decide and had to rely on his supervisor to tell him what to do. For our bad luck his supervisor was away on vacation for three weeks and the project was delayed until his return. Our manager had tried many times to make the inspector make the decision for which this customer calling our manager bullied the inspector. This clearly demonstrates our efforts to place the system in service and the customer’s nonappreciation of our efforts. At the end on return of his supervisor the inspector passed the system as is.
      This customer from the start was not corporative and did not return our calls or emails on important matters in a timely manner. He gave appointments and never kept them on time. He also does not listen to or read emails fully and was very quick to blame others for his mistakes. From the start we had been telling him and emailed to get the pre-energy audit done by a qualified energy auditor, but he failed.
      On 22nd September we made an appointment with him for our electrical team to complete the electrical tie-in. But when our electrical crew went to his home, he was not at home, and nobody answered the bell. We even try to reach him at work and at the club where he spent most of his time and no response from anywhere. Our electrical crew waited for him till 1 pm, but he never contacted us to inform us of his inability to be there. Not only he did not show up for the appointment but also, he did not return our calls and emails for a week. Suddenly after a week he called and said he was stuck at work and couldn’t make it to the appointment. This clearly demonstrates the selfishness of this customer who did not even have courtesy to inform his inability to keep the appointment or has any respect for others time.
      We invoiced him $500.00 for the electrical crew’s wasted time, he never paid this amount but now he is twisting it with a different story.
      His property is in a rural area and due to electrical disturbance in his area, the system tripped. Without contacting our office, he had tried to reach our manager by manager’s emails and cell phone. But the manager was out of the country to attend a family emergency and did not get his emails on time. When our team got to know of the situation we promptly responded to the customer’s issue and recovered the system. On return our manager also apologized to this customer for his inability to return his email while he was away.
      One needs to be so arrogant without having any knowledge of electrical code to comment on others’ knowledge of it.
      Our team always try our best to deliver the best to every one of our customers; occasionally we also come across ******* customers like this who only know to blame others for their own mistakes.

      Very easy to do business with. Friendly, knowledgeable and they replied promptly. Overall duration took longer than expected with COVID delays but that was understandable. So happy to have them finally installed.

      Great experience right from my first call to the New--Dawn company until installation of ** ***** wall charger by its Master ELECTRICIAN Mobin. Great workmanship by Mobin, installing the charger in garage and running the electrical 60Amp cable right through the garage to the electrical panel in the basement.. Keep up the good work guys.
