    *** ****** *** ***** ******* **** ****** ***** I have purchased about $1000 worth of fountain pen ink and accessories in the last year. I placed an order on 5/2/24, sent an email on 6/3 to find out the status of the order, 2nd email on 6/7, complained on ********* 6/11 and sent another email on 6/12. Finally received an ***** DM from company and then email. It took them 5 days to get back to me on what the issue was, one item was on backorder. They asked if I wanted a refund or even exchange. I responded 6/17, a follow up on 6/20, a DM on 6/21 and last email on 6/24 before finally disputing the charge with my credit card company.
    When you get your items it's great, but if you need customer service you get no response unless you put them on social media blast. **** * **** ******
