    This guy has been an unbelievable experience. He came to my home loaded down with a bunch of countertop samples, said he took measurements, but he did not! He made many promises when the individual was coming to measure after much nagging him by phone. The individual finally showed up at 9pm to measure. Again, more broken promises about when the countertop was going to be installed. The installers showed up 9:30 pm 4 weeks later. Now my stove and fridge are sitting out in the middle of the floor because the measurements were incorrect. I have called the owner numerous times to request they come back and fix the problem. The owner told me to stop calling and l said my name is on a list. That statement told me they have several issues going on.     Worse service ever, ** *** ** **** **** ******** Gentleman came in and helped pick countertop and did measures and said would be installed on certain day. Did not tell me a different person would be coming in to do measurements and the another appointment would be booked for install. He outsourced countertop to a company called **** ***** in midland. From then on I had to book 4 different appointments. I booked for measurement and 3 different days for countertop install. They don’t show up, don’t call, 3 times I had to cancel my plumber because of their mistakes. I also wanted a narrower counter but they did not do this so stuck with same width. ** *** *** ****** ** ***** ********* ************* *** *************** **** ****
