      ** ** * ****** I was told by the sales representative that the security system would be free after the two year contract. But they still charge a monthly fee in order to use the app. I can only keep the cameras for free. Why do I need the cameras if they are not compatible with any free apps?

      I had the CACN China SIM for over 5 years. I pay $1.99 per month to keep the number and use it when I travel in China. But I had very bad experience this year of using this service. I paid $39.53 for 30 days 5G data package when I left to China. The phone was activated on Sept 3, 2023. But from Sept 5, they started charging over data usage without a warning. I was charged every day until I noticed this on Sept 22 and stopped using the number. The accumulated data over usage was $170.98! Plus on my October bill, there is an additional $22.53 HST charged again on it!. Once you leave your credit card information with them, they just find every opportunity to charge the card! *** **** ***** **** **** ***** ** ****** ***** *** *** It is easy to buy one SIM card when you arrive in China. The data package is way better and cheaper than what Italk BB could offer!

Upon reviewing your account history, we noticed that you made two separate calls in August. During the first call, you inquired about the coverage and fees associated with our China SIM. Subsequently, in the second call, you activated a data plan. Our customer service representative diligently explained the cost of the data package, as well as the potential overage charges, ensuring transparency in our pricing. The data package you had subscribed to included 5GB of data usage over a 30-day period. However, it appears that you used a total of 22GB, resulting in an overage charge of $170.98 for the excess 17GB. We understand that data charges can sometimes be unexpected, and we aim to assist our customers to the best of our ability. As a goodwill gesture, and in recognition of your valued relationship with us, we have decided to waive the fees for an additional 10GB of data. Additionally, we understand that you may have been concerned about the monthly fee, and we've also decided to waive this charge. Regarding the remaining amount of $22.53, we would like to clarify that this represents an unpaid balance carried over from the previous month, specifically from September. We value your continued loyalty as our customer and strive to provide a high level of service and support.       The activation condition (only when it is in China mainland) and the plan coverage were explained when the data package was purchased. However, it was not expected when the overage charges applied without warning! It was understood that when the data was used up, the coverage would be terminated until the new fee was paid. It is likely that your company was taking the advantage of having customer's credit information and made the charge unfairly. Since you charged the fee every day with the credit card, how there was leftover fee unpaid still! it did not make sense. Nevertheless, the China SIM card from iTalk is useless. I would not recommend anyone to purchase it!

      I had a bad experience treated by a store staff in the store located in First Markham Place. On 4 Oct 2022, around 14:30 to 16:00, I came to the store in ***** ******* ***** to set up an account and I was served by two staff who is Jennifer and Jenny. Throughout the entire conversation, Jennifer didn’t say much, but my contracted was signed under the sales of Jennifer. Jenny dominated the conversation and when I asked if I wanted to terminate during the trial period, do I need to make any call to the service center before processing. Jenny replied me by saying nothing was required to do, just brought back the device to the store and would be processed. On the 24th Oct, I came to the store again at around 14:30 to 15:30, and would like to return the device and terminate the service. I was served by Jenny herself again and what she asked me in the first place was that did I called the customer service before returning the device. I was confused as she told me previously I didn’t require to do so. I told her that what she had told me in the first place, and I was so certain that this was not said by Jennifer. She denied of what she had said in the first place and insisted she would not say anything like that. During the conversation, Jenny sat and hid behind the computer, without any eye contact with me. I felt being offended and treated impolitely. To my understanding of the service standard in any fields, customers should not be treated in this way. I felt the service quality of the store staff Jenny is unacceptable *** **************. After this and in the same day, I made a called to the customer hotline to terminate the contract and I told the entire incident to the service center. After that, I also went to drop off the device in the headquarters stationed in east beaver creek road. I told the staff who name is Sunny of what had happened to me just now in the store. I doubted that my complaint was treated seriously.

      Today is July 25th, 2022. iTalkBB TV had a software upgrade today when I turned on the iTalkBB TV box. After the TV box upgrade finished, the TV box cannot start to receive Wifi signals. So the TV box is not working anymore. I have called iTalkBB support number several times and no one pickup the phone call. The iTalkBB TV box has not been working for more than 3 hours and no information update from iTalkBB yet.

      iTalkBB should let all customers know what has happened and what is the estimated waiting time to get the system back to work.
