    I placed an order with LEGO on September 13, 2024, for two items totaling $879.98 before tax under Order Number **********. After tax, the total was $987.58. Despite the package being marked as delivered by *** on September 20, 2024, I never received either of the items. I have contacted LEGO several times, requesting proof of delivery, such as a photo, signature, or GPS location. However, LEGO has refused to provide any proof and continues to refer me to ***, stating that they “trust ***.” I have checked with my neighbors and no one has received my package. I have also filed a claim with ***, but there has been no response or resolution. Despite my multiple attempts to resolve this, LEGO refuses to help or provide tangible evidence of delivery. Their customer service even told me to “deal with it,” essentially keeping my money without providing the products. I am now seeking a full refund of $987.58, as LEGO has failed to fulfill its obligation to deliver my purchase.     I purchased an item on ****.com and when it was supposed to arrive it didn't. I waited a few days and nothing came so I filed a claim and was told to wait a few days when the claim came back they mentioned there was nothing they can do about it since it was marked as delivered. This just dosent make any sense as there was no proof of deliver (photo, signature) and their sole going off the status of the package instead of following up with fedex. they also are not telling mr what fedex had given them to prove it was derived.
