    On Nov. 16, 2024 I purchased through the Walls Republic website one roll of wallpaper for US$198.02 which I received but wanted to return because if took too long to received. I contacted Walls Republic on Nov. 30, 2024 to initiate the return, followed up with them again on Dec. 3, 2024 and finally received the shipping label to return the wallpaper on Dec. 3, 2024. Walls Republic received the returned wallpaper on Dec. 12, 2024, *** ******** ***** ** ********. Because I never received my Credit (US$129.71, which included a 35% restocking fee) I contacted Walls Republic on Jan. 6th and didn't receive a response. Because Walls Republic didn't respond I filed a dispute with ******** *******. Walls Republic disputed this dispute and ******** ******* charged back my account and credited the money back to Walls Republic on Jan. 27, 2025, Walls Republic uses a third party, *******, to process their payments so ******* actually received this money and hasn't returned it to Walls Republic. Walls Republic is refusing to provide my refund because they haven't received the money from their third party, *******. The fact that ******* is holding this refund amount isn't my concern, this is Walls Republic's third-party vendor and it has nothing to do with the fact I have paid $198.02 for wallpaper I returned to Walls Republic, and they have in their possession. They need to refund me the amount I'm owed and work with ******* to get their money back. I keep getting a run around from Walls Republic because they don't want to refund the money until ******* returns the money and at this point it has been over 100 days since they received the wallpaper back.

    opportunity to review it before requesting a return.

    *******'s chargeback procedures, when a chargeback is initiated, the disputed
    funds are temporarily withdrawn from our account while the case is under
    review. During this period, ******* assesses the situation based on the
    provided evidence and decides. Unfortunately, we do not have control over the
    timeline of this process, as it depends on ******* and the card issuer’s
    resolution procedures.

    As a result, we can only proceed with issuing a refund once
    ******* has completed their review and returned the funds to us.
