      On July 28th at 4-15 pm I stopped for gas at ****** on Page and Innes in ******* (K1C1T1) as usual(I am regular at this station). I paid as usually by card and did not take receipt. I filled car and sit in the car as my daughter was driving, The moment after I heard some man screaming. As window was opened I turned my head to see what is happening and saw man running towards my car. He ran fast and was yelling , he opened door of my car from my side and tried to grab me to get me out.I got scared and told him to stop. He kept screaming at me that i stole his gas.I told him to stop screaming and dont touch me and my let my door. He was keeping yelling at me and me and my daughter were terrified and embarrased. I told him that first I paid for gas and I am regular here and I can come out to speak what happend but he did not let me go out, he kept my door . He kept insulting me screaming very loudly that I a =m a thief and want to steal his gas. I asked him again to move away from me and to let me go out and stop screaming and insulting me. But when I got out of car he said loudly that he has to be even more agressive especially in ****** and around "shit" like me. He referred to me and my daughter regarding our gender and making a sign with his head about our appearance. He made this comment purposely very loudly and other man probably who knew him ( as he was w/observing all that) started laughing.I asked for his name but he refused demanding him my name, address and my licence plate and he said he will make me pay for this' I felt this as a threat.He was insulting every time when new customer came in at the store.MOment after just when customer left this man jumped out infront of me and told me to get "fuck out of here" and he got very close to me. I got really scared that he will physically hurt me. He said that it is his gas station and "He will do whatever f*** he wants and will not respond to s*** like me".

      Was charged ***** for gift cards and cashier did not activate cards . The location would not help us in making this right .

      As per  discussion with customer, we have apologized and will issue the gift cards properly right away.    We ask that he visit our station to collect the cards.   We sincerely apologize for the embarrassment caused by giving un-activated gift cards for Christmas presents.

      I bought gas from there station located at **** ************ *** ******* ** * ****** on April 7th and paid 58.33 $ and have the receipt. I found out that they charged the card twice , once 58.33$ and another 75.00 $. I contacted them and they promised to refund the extra charge of 75.00 $ but they did not. They should refund the extra charge. It looks they got authorization for 75.00 $ and then double charge me.

      We are very sorry for the inconvenience.  Please contact your bank or credit card company to dispute the second charge.   They will reverse it though the system to us.   This is the proper procedure when there is a glitch.  We truly did not intend to charge you twice.   Pre-authorizations are the norm and should be released in 3-5 days.    If it wasn't, there is a problem in the system and your bank should be able to clear it up.

      I am rejecting this response. I contacted your gas station once the second charge charged to my card and they promised to correct it but they did not. I contacted my bank and it could not refund it because you replied that the pin was used in both transactions

      Was customer for over 10yrs, Ganonoque branch was wonderful, Athens office is rude and arrogant, billing personal refuse to have deliveries sent, no detailed bills, inconsistent amounts in tanks vs what is billed.
      I cancelled service and they won’t pick up tanks been nearly 2 months tanks still have 40% in them. Now have random bull from January! Refused to give details 2 different people have given conflicting information. $175 pick up fee no pick up fee, 15% restock fee 20% restock fee. Random tank rental fee after 10yrs.
      Refuse to correspond and when they do ***** is very rude and condescending and has been since the service switch from Gan to Athens. Seldom get delivers despite requesting for weeks.
      Was billed for delivery on auto fills that never came or received half the amount I was billed for.

      We have picked the tanks; she received a credit for the propane that was
      left in the tanks. She was not charged propane tank pickup fee. There is no
      evidence on her file that she ran out. She came close in January but that was
      due to high demand due to deep freeze, and COVID issues.
      There is no evidence supporting her statement that she received half the
      amount of product that she was invoiced for.  
      We have had many conversations about her late payments, but we are very
      surprised to hear any of our staff were rude.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to ********* ** ********, and find that this resolution is not completely satisfactory to me. I was never late paying, I was sent random bills stating I owed, I provided proof of payment and was denied detailed billing to prove when I missed payments. They did pick up tanks only after *** complaint. A credit was applied to a closed account but no actual restitution sent. Again they claimed I owe them money. 
      frankly I just don’t care anymore I want nothing to do with this business and recommend no one else does as well
