    Purchased a dog from them at the beginning of covid. Love him but he has a genetic condition called Colour Dilution Alopecia. Has hair loss, that started when he was bit over a year old. Biospy and histopathology confirmed the diagnosis. When I contacted them his response was that perhaps because he feeds a raw diet he doesn't have problems with that. It's a GENETIC condition. Has nothing to do with the diet. Sigh.

    We gave Toronto Labrador Puppies a $400 deposit in June of 2022 with the expectation that we would receive a puppy in late August or early September of that year. We were also told we wouldn't hear from the breeder until the dog was ready to be picked up, which seemed reasonable at the time. After several months we were willing to expand our criteria and take any colour of dog and we were open to male dogs as well, in hopes that being open to any dog would mean we could receive a dog faster. We emailed the breeder to expand our criteria and did not hear back from him at all on email, and phone numbers were no longer in service. Since then we have contacted another breeder who told us that several families have contacted them after a similar experience with Toronto Labrador Puppies. * ***** **** ******* ** ********** *** * ***** ********* *** ** **** ******* *****

    Torontolabradorpuppies.com accepted a $400 deposit in April for an Aug 2022 litter; communication was fine until early July; since that time they have not responded to emails, texts, and calls (the phone is now disconnected). The home/farm is also for sale. Zero recourse and zero communication, disgraceful and disappointing.
