They are extremely rude and verbally abusive. They asked me to come over to the shop and fight the mechanic after asking why certain tasks weren't done. They over priced the work and when asked they got belligerent angry and threatening. They charged me 339$ for changing one plug and fixing a rattling exhaust shield. The boss himself told me to go f*** myself when asked why he didn't pay attention to what his mechanic was doing.

Tell Customer call asking if we would look at his **** 600 ****** because the ****** dealer refused to look at it.
Told him that we would. He brought it in Aug 31/23. He wanted us to check his winch -hard to get in gear -engine
has pinging noise -test drive -oil leak seal crankcase -check rear swing arms bolts for tightness -check temp
sensor - wire plug bad wire -rear brake cable -any thing major call. The winch didnt get checked, just got
forgotten. Hard to get into gear because of the home made snorkel system on it. It was interfering with gear
shifting. Couldnt do much to fix problem unless the ******** was removed but the mechanic tried to adjust
linkage but shifter assembly was out to far from original position. Engine ping noise- found out it was the exhaust
shield. It was cracked where the bolts go. ***** were seized in, once got them out were able to put on some big
washers & tighten up. Oil leak was coming from  crankcase -to fix problem the engine would have to come
apart. Had to use brake clean to clean off oil to find out where it was leaking oil. Checked the swing arm bolt
-tighten. Check temp sensor wire-we soldered the wire & wrapped them up right. Rear brake cable was seized, got
it unseized, tried adjusting the cable no difference. He had anti theft lug nuts on ATV which required a special
tool to take off tires so mechanic could see why brakes were not working. Customer brought us special tool.
Mechanic then was able to take off tires & brake drum for further inspection. That was when he found out that it
had no rear brake pads or hardware on it. For it to work. Mechanic then put back on brake drum & tires. He was
told via phone call about what was going on. This all takes time & especially when ATV had to come in the second
time to get the tires off & inspect. On Sept 16/23 he came & picked it up. He seem happy enough with the explanation of the work done & how
much he paid. He call asking about the winch not long after he left & I wasnt sure what the mechanic had done
about this because he didnt write anything on the work order So told him I would ask mechanic on Monday when
he came in. It just gotten forgotten. When customer called Monday I tried to explain but all he did was yell at
me not giving me a chance to talk so I hung up. Not sure why such a change in him since Saturday. Then he call
right back & spoke to mechanic. ******** tried to tell him what he had done to his ATV but all he wanted to do
was yell at him & run him down (he didnt know anything, etc.). So he hung up on him & customer called right back
still yelling & running him down. Customer didnt want to reason at all. That is when mechanic lost his temper, said
some things to him & hung up again. A person can only take so much abuse. Customer then called back again
still yelling & upset but this. This time another employee answer. He was threatening bad ****** review & bad
Facebook review. She tried to calm him down. Told him would talk to mechanic about his behavior. Which she did
& he apologized for his behavior. We have never had a customer act this way on the phone. He seemed like he
wanted a reaction. He called four times in a row. ******** wanted to call customer back to apologize but thought it best not to because he
seemed very hot headed. This is all because the winch got forgotten.
    Any questions call us.
