      Horrible Customer Service! We placed a second order of cheques with Deluxe on Dec. 18, 2024, and paid for expedited shipping. It is now Jan. 9, 2025, and we still haven't received the cheques. After inquiring with the customer service three times, I was finally provided with the *** shipping tracking number. When I the tracking number online through ***** website, it showed that the item was being held due to a error in the company name. When I called ***, I found out that it was because Deluxe had used my client's business name and my address to ship the cheques to me and since the business name didn't match my business name at my address, they wouldn't deliver the cheques. I had already provided Deluxe with my business name and address. So I corrected the business name and asked *** to redeliver the package. They said it would be delivered in the next two days. That was three days ago. Later I received an e-mail from Deluxe telling me that there was an error in the delivery address. I explained that it wasn't the address, it was the business name which I've already corrected with ***, no thanks to them. Here I am, still waiting for the cheques which we needed a week and half ago. We'll never use them again.
