    I was assured they could fix my ATV. I dropped it off in October, and it has now been SIX MONTHS and I've gotten nothing but a ridiculous run-around. They don't know whether they ordered parts, they don't know whether it's inside or outside (throughout the winter), they don't listen to their voicemail, they don't return calls, they *** and obfuscate. *** *** * **** ** ******* *** **** ******** *** ***** ** **** The customer service is appalling and they clearly have no idea what they're doing. If you can't fix it, just ****** **** SAY SO and save me six months ** *** ****, would not recommend ** * ******* ****** ******* After eight months Steve Z. admitted he had no idea how to fix my ATV, and after another three weeks I was finally able to get the machine back. What was left of it. Loose wires hanging out all over, parts missing, and rust and water damage that clearly indicated it had been left outside all winter, despite his guarantee that it was under a roof. As a result, the machine is totally seized and is now scrap. * ****** ********* ******* ***** **** *********
