    We contacted RoMad Tree Care in January 2024 about having some tree services done on our property. A deposit was given of $500 and the work started in February and then was stopped due to weather. Contact was attempted by myself numerous times to see when work would resume without response. Partial payment was given but the work has not yet been completed and the backyard has tree debirs that were to be removed as per the agreement. When the owner responded, promises to return to complete the job were made without success. Again contact was made via email, text, and phone call and nothing. We are now in March and the work has not yet been completed and NO response or communication has been received from them. We have asked them to return our $500 deposit to which no answer has been received. **** ** **** *********** ** we have made numerous attempts and have had no luck in recieving any response or acknowledgmeent.

    I had explained to the customer that the city wasn't allowing the remaining tree to be removed due to permitting. I explained that the deposit and other money that was paid covered the work completed, I then asked another company to go and cut the logs that were on the ground. It was completed

    I am rejecting this response because: 

     

    I NEVER recieved any texts from him. The company he sent over to cut the logs DID NOT do as asked and left within an hour of arriving. He never mentioned anything about the other trees to be cut and permits. The only communication was that he was sending another company to cut the logs into firewood and remove the pine logs. NONE of these were done.

    I had sent another company to cut the logs and stack in firewood pieces, that was explained to be 16-20" rounds, the company did that. *** *********** **** *** *********** ****** ******* **** ** ******** Our insurance doesn't cover us "splitting wood with an axe"

     

    As for the other trees, the city rejected permits and where I had started already without a permit they would not allow me to proceed . 

     

    This was discussed. **** and husband were made aware. Same with the deposit being used to pay for work already done.
