    Dropped my phone, a White band appeared across the screen and I could not see anything. Nothing wrong with the screen, just would not come on. I took photos of the screen and sent to a friend who is a technician in Ontario (I'm in BC)
    She told me it was a simple fix - had just been disconnected from motherboard.
    Called google. Suggested to use this place because I just bought the phone 3 months prior, and that they would repair under warranty. I arrive at the store, the guy comes out of the back room doing up his pants and his belt. Clearly I was interrupting something. I told him that Google had sent me there because it was still under warranty. He takes my phone and he clamps down on it so hard that he cracks the screen. Then tells me that because it's physical damage it is not under warranty and that I would have to pay $275 plus tax. He told Google that I arrived with a phone that had a cracked screen. I now have to pay $300 to get my phone repaired that was broken basically by one of Google's technicians. Stay away from this place, and Google, for that matter, at all costs.
