    First time using this company "The Beer Guy Inc" and it was outstanding service! I will use them often and I recommend them to anyone.

    I tried it out and *** * *** ****** *** *** *** *** the driver arrived late so I was out. Apparently, I should have cancelled for a refund because they tacked on $6 for a second delivery attempt along with all their other fees. They shouldn't have charged me since the delay was on them. But, they don't list that as an option. Their response was that they will charge me for the second attempt even though I explained the error was on the part of the company.
    Also, they basically drive around trying to find what you want. If they can't find it, they just deliver without. I can do that myself. I thought they had special sources. That's why the guy was late. If that's the case, don't offer the delivery time as an option.
    In summary, poor customer service and high fees.

    Delivered to me nice COLD beer within the hour along with some promotional drinks (6 included). Very nice driver, excellent service. I will be back! ????

    My delivery in London was delivered even quicker than expected, the delivery person was very polite and friendly, and the order was correct. It save us fighting traffic, fighting crowds, and waiting in line 2 days before Xmas. Excellent service!
