    I'm seeking this Resolution: I accidentally pressed a tip option of 15% and realized once i reviewed my receipt that I was charged an additional $67. I asked the business to refund the tip amount as i did not mean to tip the nurse and they have refused.

    I'm hoping the BBB can help me reach a resolve with the business and help me get my refund back for the $67.
