    I had placed an order for frozen dinners from this company which was to arrive in mid-January. While the website appears active there is no one responding to voicemails or phone calls. * ********** **** ** *** ******** ** **** ***** ******** *** ** ******* ** ** * ****** ********** *********  This is most unfortunate as it has been an active business for the past two years which I have used for my elderly parent's meals.

    I received my credit card statement from ******* *** this week and I have been charged $537.70 for an order I did not receive.

    Any information you could provide back re this business would be helpful - ** ***** **** ** *** ****** *** ** ****** **** ** not going to be reimbursed for his order.

    There is still a website up - Heart to Home Meals Toronto but no one is answering or responding to voice or emails.

    I placed an order with Heart to Home Meals on January 28, 2023. I received an email from them the same day confirming the order and they charged my credit card $53.45. Since then I have not received the food. I have emailed and called them several times with no response. ** ****** **** I filed a complaint on their ****** ****** site that I finally got a response but still no food and no refund

    I just want my money back!
