    Feb 15 - met seller at a booth at a ringette tournament. Was told that they didn’t have my size but will take my information and payment and they would ship it to me.
    I have not received any garment or update. I have called and emailed numerous times and have only received one response on March 13 from ***** saying she would contact me the next day. She has not responded.

    ** ******** ordered a hoodie with her jersey number on the arm ***** and the tournament logo on the front. They put (US) on the arm instead and refused to exchange for what was ordered. We did not keep the hoodie as it is not what was ordered. No refund was issued either. **** **** ********* **** *** **************

    A custom sweatshirt was purchased at ******** FastballFest. Got rained out & was told the one design would be cut when they got home & then would be mailed on June 3/4. I never received the sweatshirt. Once I emailed them, I was told it was sent via *** to Toronto & delivered. I provided them with 2 addresses, 1 in ******** & 1 in ********. Was then told they'd ship a new one to me & I'd have the tracking number shortly. That was July 11th. No tracking number, no product. This was my child's money & she took it. She is now ignoring me via email & I figure via cell as well.

    Bought 2 hoodies, both letters starting falling off, I have been in touch with owner, did what she had asked me to do, drop off hoodies for her to replace, 3 weeks since purchased and still not sending back new ones and has our old ones, $70.00 each hoodie, So upsetting! Not a good way to run a business,

    I purchased PJ pants *** ** ******** at a swim meet, and at the next meet, tried to purchase more from the vendor's reps, but the items I wanted were not in stock. They provided me with Karen W. email and phone and I called her, then filled in an order online **** *********. Fe, 15, 2024 she emailed me back, stating that she had placed the order, and that it would arrive the next Tuesday. I have not heard back from her since. I have repeatedly emailed her, asking the status of that order. I stated my willingness to provide CC details to pay for the order telephonically... but nothing.
