  In 2021 we purchased a lot with a new home build on it by Yanch homes Inc. At **** ***** Rd ,Ramara
  This was going to be our retirement home and a beginning to a wonderful chapter for us. The **** began when the closing went from end of September 2021 to October , then November and finally December 17th. As we waited to close that day, our lawyer informed us of a lien against the house and we had to wait 3 more days until the builder paid the trades and remove the lien so we could move in.
  We have been bullied, yelled at and I was even threatened in an email by the builder and his wife over the past year and a half. every time we ask when something that is unfinished or poorly done is going to get done, we get blamed or told that we are harassing them.
  Tarion has helped but these people are ******* and we do not hold out hope, to have anything on our year end list completed.
  The only good thing to come of this experience is that we have wonderful new neighbours and friends.

  ******* did not purchase a lot .
  ******* purchased a new home during covid and this was the worst experience we had with a customer to date . They found the 3 month delay during covid unacceptable and the on line ********** began and continues to this date . Tarion cautioned this homeowner several times to no avail .
  ******* was not able to come up with a small deposit on this new home and we accommodated their difficult financial situation by allowing them to pay a deposit with $2000 amounts over extended period .
  ******* and her neighbors who also purchased a home from us are ********* us on line , our employees , subtrades now daily . No matter what our efforts are some customers will try exploit your business and your generosity and try to extort more and more .

  In March of 2021  we purchased a new build home at **** ***** Rd Ramara built by Yanch Homes Inc.
   We can tell you this has been the worst experience of our lives. Something that was suppose to be a happy and exciting time for our family has been such a terrible experience. They have treated us so poorly and we have had to endure unthinkable behaviours from the husband and wife duo.
  We bought a new build home thinking we would be getting a finished product but that isn't what we received.  There have been many issues since we have moved in. Here are just a few of the issues we have dealt with. Our  basement has had a leak in foundation since November 11th and we moved in November 4th, we're still dealing with this issue. The flooring had chips and chunks out of it, scratches and chunks out of the cabinets, front door had multiple dings. We had documented pictures that were all timed stamped of all the deficiencies and still had to fight with Yanch to get them to fix anything. Eventually we had Conciliation and Tarion sided with us.
  The mess that our property has been left in by Yanch is absolutely atrocious.  The grading is terrible, driveway has barley any gravel and trees and rock from the excavation they pushed to the back, and left for us to clean up. We never thought this would happen to us.
  It's not a finished product by any means. There is more I could tell you but this is a little of what we have had to deal with. We're disgusted in finished product and it's not something any company should be proud of.

  Alleged flooding was a leak from a well which was resolved . Jessica also accepted a cash settlement for flooring that was damaged by her dogs . We provided her with new flooring , paint and cash settlement .
  Customer has pets urinating in the new home and causing more damage and expects yanch homes to repair . Jessica also signed a full release for those repairs which she is now violating .
  Jessica and her neighbors who also purchased a home from us are ********* us on line , our employees , subtrades now daily . No matter what our efforts are some customers will try exploit your business and your generosity and try to extort more and more .
