    ** *** ***** **** ***** I ordered an IN STOCK item in November and was promised delivery by Christmas, as I needed it *** * ******* ****** ******* 
    I had to chase them down 5 times on the phone as they would constantly not call me back. Once I finally got through to someone they scheduled a delivery for right before christmas, only to **** *** ****** ** *** try to offer me a lower tier model than the one I ordered less than 24 hours before delivery.
    At this point, it's now January, I'm getting no contact back from any of their customer service, and I'm still waiting on my item.
    Visiting person ** ********* ended up sleeping on a mattress on the floor since my frame didn't deliver in the time they promised.
    Thank GOD I didn't also order a mattress from them too!
    They can't live up to any of their promises, and they still have the item I have yet to recieve listed as IN STOCK on their website.

    Absolutely terrible experience. Waited an over a month for the bed to be delivered - JUST the bed. That was in October. Was told we have to wait until the end of December to receive the headboard. Was told a week before its arrival that there is another delay and will have to wait another 30 days.
    Zero attempt at making it right, zero alternative solutions suggested. Basically told this is what it is accept it and get over it.

    purchased bed on June 12/23 from London, Ont showroom and delivered July 12/23 and paid in full upon delivery. * ** * ******* ***** *** **** ******** ******** ************ **** * ******* and upon setup the delivery guys could not lower the bed to a suitable level upon request given that the showroom bed that I tried was no where the height that my setup was, numerous calls made to rectify with no results let alone a mattress that felt like 2 rods poking into my back. Finally a team of 2 was sent to take pictures of the mattress on September 13th, to assess whether the mattress needed to be replaced but not without a cost of $100.00 CASH and when I looked at my receipt after paying $100.00 cash plus tax my receipt had $0.00 paid and there has been no contact since.

    I purchased a bed and prepaid the full amount on June 1 2023 which I since regret. It is now July 23 and I have been told on many separate occasions that I should get a call in the next day or 2 to arrange delivery. Now they are no longer responding to my emails. VERY frustrating!!!
