    I bought the Jag F Series Sports Model in Jan 2021. This car is driven maybe once a week and has approx 35K. Took it for service (oil and fluid change) and one recall that I was notified of. Then notified there was a second recall. I was told recalls expired and that I would have to cover the expense.. approx a $800.00. In addition the fluid change (appx $2000) I was told I needed to fix a technical issue “headlights fault detected” on one the front lights that does not rotate (4500) and brakes appx 2500. I escalated recall issues as no where in their letter do they state an expiry date and was given the run around for several days. The dealership called, said me car was ready and needed to be picked up or else i would be charged daily. They did not fix the recalls as I did not agree to pay and recalls are still o/s on my car. Recalls do not expire and they need to fix this.

    We purchased a Jaguar Diesel 2018 SUV. **** ******* *** ********* **** * ***** **** ***. We have spent thousands, approx $20 k in additional maintenance /repairs. I brought it in for a detail, the test drove it next thing you know, some hose breaks and it cost me another $5,000. **** ** **** ****** *** ******* ****** *** ****** ********** ******* *** ** The vehicle has 167,000 km (not miles) and most recently my engine just died. started smoking heavily. I was informed some Bolt became loose and may have flown into the engine. **** ****** ** **** ********* **** **** ******** ** **** ****** ******* ****** *** *** ** * ******* ** **** *** ** *** *** **** * *** ***** ****  I was quoted $29,000 to repair this. * **** **** Jaguar should stand behind their defective products. ******* ****** *** **** *** ******* ******
