    I were very disappointed to learn that our 2015 Subaru Crosstrek’s transmission failed completely at only 170,000 km. The cost of replacement is higher than the value of the vehicle, which is unacceptable for a car known for reliability. I expected more from Subaru. This should be recognized as a product failure. And also the customer service is really bad. I took the car for FULL DIAG. for 3 times and every time I had to pay for it. On the 1st one the person who answered my call didn't get what I said and booked me at a closing time and I couldn't get the diaog. done and only paid for an oil change. On the second time I told them what the issue was in detail and even told them the car had been into several mechanics lately and they all said it was a transmition issue. By the 3rd time the transmition was already gone.
    I urge Subaru Canada to offer goodwill assistance and address this widespread issue among CVT users.

    There are two things that I have to complain about Subaru Canada. The first is about the quality of the Forester I bought in 2018. The windows frame color are completely difference.
    The passenger side window fade away. I complained many times from 2019 , the dealer always said it was normal. I sent an email to Subaru Canada.The problem is still there. NO Action!!!
    The second thing is about my purchase an anti-trust life-time insurance for my car from the dealer, Subaru Maple. When I bought the service, they said that they would provide anti-rust every two years. But the service never happen. When I asked for service, they replied that the anti-rust service does cover the bottom. **** *** ************ Subaru Canada should protect his customers and have regulations on the dealers' behavior.
