    Dear Better Business Bureau, Good afternoon, I am writing to bring attention to an ongoing issue I’ve been dealing with regarding my vehicle repair at Tougue Tuning . My car has been in their possession since April 3, 2022, and I have experienced a series of delays and a lack of communication that I feel warrants urgent attention. Timeline of Events: * January 25, 2022: I made the first down payment for the repair of my vehicle. * April 3, 2022: My car was finally dropped off for repairs after a four-month wait for an available spot at the shop. At this time, I was assured that the work would begin promptly once the shop completed their previous projects. * Mid-2022: After a few months, I was informed that the engine damage was significant enough to require a full rebuild. I was told I needed to purchase a new engine block before further work could proceed. Due to financial difficulties, I had to put the project on hold. * January 2024: After getting back on track financially, I made a second payment to proceed with the rebuild. I was told that the work would be completed within 4-8 weeks. * March 2024: As the deadline passed, my car was still not ready. Every time I contacted the shop, I received more excuses and increasingly difficult communication. The shop staff would assure me that my car was "next" in line, but no progress was made. Key Issues Encountered: 1. Lack of Communication: After my last interaction with the shop in October, I was told the technician would be in on October 18 to finish the work on my car. Since then, I have received no updates, and all attempts to contact the shop have gone unanswered. My emails are ignored, and phone calls go to voicemail without response. 2. Continued Delays: During a conversation with ****, a staff member, I was told that delays with the car ahead of mine were pushing back the timeline for my repair. I have not received any further explanation or updates since then. 3. Unreliable Service:

    I took my car inTuesday June 25th, was told it would be done by the 27th, and that we could pick it up the 28th. They did not call all day, so we called at 3, and we were told that **** ****** *** ****** *** their internet was down. ** ****** ** ** **** ******** ******** ******* *** ***** *** ** *********** ****** ********** **** **** *** *********** they then said it would be done that sunday, we didn’t hear anything Sunday and tried to call. They did not answer. So we waited a few more days to reach out. We heard nothing from them and when we did we were told the owner ***** hasn’t been reachable and they weren’t sure what was going on. The service manager and sales manager both had no idea what happens with these things and that he was trying to figure it out. ****** has told us he has tried multiple times to contact both ***** and ***** to figure this out. He says things like “we are waiting for ***** to show up” or I’m not sure when he will be in. ***** has casually responded to the inquiries relayed by ****** through email, even though my fiancé had asked him to call and he said he would. Then my fiancé responded saying as of right now, I don’t want you guys to work on my car, I may do something else with it, miraculously the owner seemed to appear an hour later to start working on the car. We were then told the work would be done by that Friday. Friday we reached out and were told they had an issue with their machine and that it would be ready for Sunday for sure. We reached out Sunday, and we have now been told he hadn’t come in. At that point we drove the hour and a half without notice to request our vehicle back and had it towed to another shop. we paid the outstanding balance of work completed. The car is currently not in driving condition at another shop and the original shop has issues a new bill and threatening a lien on the car if unpaid.

    Purchased an oil and filter product online Jan 13. This product was showing as in stock through ****** listing.
    After i paid $ 317.35 two days later I was informed by email the product was not in stock. I requested a refund but was informed they did not offer refunds. The items I ordered were readably available through other online venders* **** ****** for a similar price. Now, here I am 5 weeks later and the items are still not in stock with no ETA on when they will be, or if they ever will be, in stock. Meanwhile, they still have my money and I have no product.
