    ** **** ******** *** ******* This past Monday I left and honest and objective review---lo and behold my review was somehow deleted in a short period of time. I understand this review may also get deleted but I do have screenshots my past review with response which I will save to see what happens here.
    ** * ********* **** *** **** **** ****. I wasted $300 plus tax and lost value on my vehicle based on steps taken here. There is no proof of any leads or performance metrics (Leasebusters takes over your login as soon as you pay which creates zero transparency). *** ****** *** ******** ***********. I had 70 leads in the 2 weeks prior to listing on Leasebusters but thought to give the latter a chance based on their "specialization". **** **** *****. The experience is awful. In my ~3 weeks of listing on Leasebusters there was no actionable leads or proof of any. I asked for a refund when I transferred way below the market value WITH MY OWN LEADS. The refund was told to be "immediately processed" then was revoked. The GM responded to my first review and ridiculed me by stating a refund will be paid to someone who cannot afford their premium service as a way of "paying it forward" --- this was also revoked.
    You need to ask yourself: where are the testimonials of other customers of your make and model or proof that the lease takeover is a result of Leasebusters? Mine says it was transferred on their website but it is NOT because of Leasebusters. Also need to ask yourself, how many genuine reviews are here if mine was deleted after a response from their GM in just 3 days?
    The concept of the site sounds great---but the business model and functions of the website deter activity. The only positive thing I can say from the experience is whenever I proactively reached out to my rep about leads---he would be responsive: one lowball offer in 3 weeks. Other leads were not captured on their website. In the ~3 weeks I had to ASK if there was any leads. * ** *** ********* *****

    The company charges are exorbitant amount of money ($300) of money to just post your vehicle on their website. The agent they assign you is not reachable and their chat support is also very useless. Not to mention, the website is outdated making it harder for individuals interested in lease takeover to navigate. Lastly, the company has no refund policy, so even if they fail to sell your car; they get to pocket the money.
