    Last January 1, 2023, I used this company to rent a van for a family trip to Niagara through the **** app. The day I picked up the vehicle they told me to go to an address to pick up the vehicle. Once i arrived, i called them why the vehicle was not there and they told me that they changed the location of the company so I asked for the new address. When I arrived at the new address, I noticed the front right tire was deflated. I texted the company and they did not respond. I took it upon myself to bring it to the nearest gas station and filled it up with air. Unfortunately, the next morning, the tire was flat again. Told the company and no response. Called and finally they told me to go to a ** **** to get the tires fixed. I discovered that the car had no spare tire and no tools. ** **** also could not fix the problem so I asked the company to send replacement tires instead but they gave me all season tires not winter tires. ** **** charged me $66 for the tire removal and replacement, which the owner promised to refund me. I paid upfront, but never got a refund from the owner two weeks after returning the vehicle. The company is now unresponsive.
