  * ******* **** ******** ** **********. * **** **** ** *** ****** **** ** ***** ****** *** because they are going through my insurance, it is my insurance company who has to launch the ***** investigation. * ********* ****** *** ***** **** **** **** ********* ** **** ******** ** **** * ****** **** *** ****** ** ****** ** ******** * **** *** ** ****** **** ** *** ****  I rented a car for 4 days and the car was driven from work to home each day where it was parked in my driveway and private work parkade stalls. At no time could the car have been involved in an accident. Yet when I dropped the vehicle off, the front desk clerk came outside before I had even gotten out of the vehicle, and through dirt, ice, and snow, he was magically able to immediately identify a small scratch on the wheel well of the car. I asked why he came out so fast and instantly went to the damage, he stated "he could see it from inside". I did not go over the vehicle with a fine toothed comb before renting it because I trusted the good faith of this business which was a mistake. I was told that after a vehicle is dropped off, they make it "brand new again" at the renter's expense. I believe that they don't actually conduct the repairs they charge people for. They tried to make me sign a blank Insurance document before I left ********** *********** authorizing any and all repairs. I said I wouldn't sign a blank document (they could have put anything they wanted onto it after I left) and they told me they would force charge my credit card for the amount of any repairs and put a credit hold on me until it was paid if I didnt sign it. They also tried to force me to leave a deposit with them, with the threat of sending me to collections if I didn't. The situation was very tense and confrontational but luckily I didn't give in to the pressure. * **** * ***** **** ***** **** * ****** **** ******* *** **** ** * ********* ******* The pin line scratch on the wheel well, I was charged $4083.27 for it.

  ******** ****** ****** ** **** ******* Any security deposit you put you can kiss goodbye! When I picked up the vehicle it was parked closely between two cars and they told me to do an inspection. As I pointed out any small dents or scratches the worker said "this is Calgary what do you expect? Ignore the small dents and paint chips". I couldn't fully see around the vehicle but pointed out a few things to which he said they're all fine and didn't mark down..... A few days later I return the car and it's dirty on the outside from the dirt, snow, salt etc from winter driving in Alberta. The worker wipes away in one spot and came back in the store claiming there are all these new dents. To which I was surprised and said maybe someone hit me thinking there would be scratches and dents based on what he told me in the store. I went outside and could barely see these tiny weird outward warping marks on an inner groove of the car door. The worker proceeded to tell me they have to charge me $500 for it. To which I said that is insane I never hit anything, never did anything, couldn't even notice the marks myself, and if I did before the worker just shrugged it off saying it's fine during the initial inspection. Then they insisted I must pay the $500 and that I am trying to rip them off and how I can't prove that I didn't do it. That there's nothing I can do and say but pay them the $500. That no arguing or refusing will stop them from charging me and how continued to insist I can never prove it wasn't me with a little smirk on his face. So I paid $500 for something I didn't do, didn't impact the vehicle at all and their smirking employees told me I have to pay because I can't prove anything. 1). NEVER use this company. 2). If you for some reason do. Inspect the vehicles with a magnifying glass and take pictures and notes because they'll tell you it's fine when you point it out in the initial inspection then not mark it down and charge you after saying there was no notes.
