    I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a recent tire purchase experience at the Canadian Tire store located at Meadowvale Town Centre ***** ********** **** ****** **** ************ ** *** ****. On Dec-5th, 2024, I purchased a set of four winter tires for my vehicle. Upon inspection, I discovered that two of the tires were manufactured in the first quarter of 2023, making them approximately two years old.
    I was concerned about the age of these tires as tire performance and safety can diminish over time, especially with winter tires. I therefore requested the store manager to exchange these two tires for newer ones, preferably from the same production year as the other two tires in the set (which were manufactured in 2024).
    To my dismay, the store manager not only refused my reasonable request but also displayed an ******** *** dismissive attitude. This lack of professionalism and customer service is unacceptable.
    I believe that Canadian Tire has a responsibility to ensure customers receive safe and reliable products, especially safety-critical items like tires. Selling outdated tires without proper disclosure or the option for customers to choose newer ones is a ******* concern.
    I request that you investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to address the following:
    * Since I have installed 4 tires on my car, I request of Compensation for my inconvenience: I believe a suitable compensation for the stress and inconvenience caused by this experience is warranted.
    * Training for the store manager: I urge you to provide customer service training to the store manager to improve their professionalism and attitude towards customers.
    I trust that you will take this matter seriously and address my concerns promptly and satisfactorily. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution to this issue.
