    The battery did not work in my computer ( **** laptop). I asked for a return authorization. I am told to wait 15-30 days? * ******* ** *** ********* ********** ******************* ** *** * ********* ***** ** *** ********** Garbage batteries.

    The **** *** battery arrived defective. After a full charge it powered the laptop for under 10 seconds and then died. A subsequent charge and attempt would not even power the laptop. Canadalaptopbattery refused to replace/repair under warranty, instead requiring i purchase another unit at a discounted price. **** ** **********

    I was excited to actually find the battery my laptop required. Once it was delivered it clearly was not the battery I ordered. I contacted this company to bring to their attention the mistake that was made. I was told the battery sent will work with my laptop. Nope, plus the battery that was sent to me won't accept a charge at all.. I contacted the business only to be screwed around by telling me it works and is the correct battery. I sent a screenshot of the battery I ordered and stated that it clearly is not the battery I ordered. I was told a bunch of non applicable reasons why it should work. I'm not interested in useless banter that does nothing to remedy the issue. I requested a refund and was told that I will be contacted once the discrepancy at the warehouse is solved. Lol..its been almost 2 months since then, so I won't hold my precious breath. ** *** ***** **** ****** ****** ******** ** ** ********* *** **********. No refund was issued back to me or any other remedy to this issue.
