    I ordered a bathroom vanity on March 31st 2023. At time of order I was told 6-8 weeks for delivery. After 8 weeks I reached out and was told it would ship that week. The next week came and I reached out again and was told it was on the floor being assembled and it would ship out that week. The next week still no shipping information so I requested a call and no one would contact me. You can only chat with them they never responded to an email or answer their phone number provided on their website. I requested a refund and was told it was being processed and I would see the credit on my account within 3 business days. 2 weeks later and still no refund.

    She requested a chargeback and her money is now refunded.  The funds have left our bank account and is now back with her.  This matter has been resolved.

    Unfortunately we were behind on orders and dealing with uncontrollable operational issues, specifically cashflows.  We could not afford to ship out her product because we had issues with cashflows. 

    The issues have now been resolved.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I was not refunded.  After two weeks and no response from the company I had to file a dispute with my credit card company.  * ** ********* the latest update from my bank showing they have not been contacted by the cabinet store and are still waiting for a response from them.  The email from my credit card company was dated 5 days ago and the screenshots directly from my account was taken moments ago.

    When a customer disputes charges made through our website, the amount is automatically deducted from our bank account until the dispute is resolved. We will not challenge this dispute and the funds will eventually be refunded to the customers account when the process is complete.  

    at this time, we can’t afford to refund an addition 3k to the customer due to cashflos issues we are facing at the moment.

    I am rejecting this response because I don’t feel the money has been refunded.  If it were it would be in my account by now.  They also have not responded to my credit card company regarding my dispute.  If the money were refunded to my credit card my credit card company should be able to help locate the funds.  I paid for something I did not receive.  My money should have been used for what I paid for the product and shipping not other business expenses.

    Hi, I ordered a vanity and paid November 1st originally the website indicated 5 plus days for pick up for 6 weeks for delivery so we chose pick up. After not hearing for the company other than payment confirmation after 7 days I reached out. They advised 6-8 weeks. It’s now the end of January and we haven’t received anything. I reached out before Christmas and was told a week, I reached out after Christmas and was told a week then two weeks ago I was told Jan 16th then advised they haven’t started my vanity. I asked to be refunded which they said they would do but haven’t and their customer service doesn’t respond to email anymore. I’m not sure if this is even a real business at this point. We are months behind on our project and this is costing us as a result. Emails attached for reference. Thankyou for any information you can provide or any resolve to this matter.

    Date Purchased, May 25 2022 - Cost Before Tax, $2499.99 - Item Purchased, Bathroom Vanity - Model, ******** 72", **** Navy Vanity, Double Sink x1 - Promised Delivery Date, 4 to 6 weeks from purchase date - Delivered Date, September 8 2022 - more then 15 weeks. Once the item was delivered, we noticed damage to 6 of 7 front panels of the cabinet, some from shipping they claim (no damage at all to box/skid) on my initial inspection to the shipped cabinet packaging. Some of the damage was not related to shipping because the damage was under the paint (made before paint of the cabinet). We were missing the Backsplash that was included in the purchase until October 16th when someone made a attempt to correct the damaged cabinet fronts. Someone came to our House Oct 16 and installed the backsplash. They went to install the new cabinet fronts but to the technicians surprise the parts were not the correct size, (one of the cabinet fronts was damaged that he was going to install) luckily for me they were incorrect so he took them back. He shared his frustrations with us regarding this business in question, he does work for them, I guess he is a contractor? I fell that at more then (currently) 19 weeks late as promised and now at almost 6 weeks since it was delivered and I still don't have the finished product I feel like this will never be resolved. This is the reason why I'm filing this complaint. A partial refund and repairs to the cabinet would be satisfactory.
